We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps at your initiative (PDPA purpose limitation and proportionality). Consent preference is stored to honor your choice about nonessential storage as described on the cookie page.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for contracts, tax, or legal claims. Consent strings in localStorage remain until you clear site data or change your choice via browser settings.

Inquiry submissions are received by our same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry on neofy-matrix.digital and accessed only by personnel who need them to respond. We do not sell personal data.
